Paint Out with Raleigh

We are so excited about this new adventure.  Art on 12th has been granted special permission to paint on location at the historic Red Hill Farm in Amherst County.  This is a land grant from from the 1760's.  There are breath taking mountain views as well as views of the historic brick house and outbuildings.

This trip is limited to 8 artists.  Raleigh will  be escorting you to the farm in style in the Art Bus.  The group will depart from The Art Box promptly at 8:30am and return by 5pm.  Plan on bringing your  
lunch or you can purchase lunch during the mid-day break, drinks and snacks will  be provided.  Please note that this is a rural setting and no
restrooms are available.  The mid-day break will be a short jaunt to
Woodruff's Store and Deli where facilities will be available.  The fee for the day including  transportation is $30. Contact The Art Box at  434-401-1620 or artboxva@hotmail.com

We're happy to announce a free Origami workshop on May 26th at The Art Box. Participants in this free workshop will be creating one of these beautiful geodesic balls. All materials will be provided.
